Commercial Director (m/f/d) with perspective - Ukraine
Full responsibility for finance & accounting, controlling, and other administrative functions of the Ukrainian subsidiary
Taking a business partner role for the Managing Director
Strategic planning and risk management
Annual budget planning and regular financial reporting to the headquarters
Close cooperation with external service providers and local authorities (e. g. customs, legal & tax authorities)
Direct reporting to the local Managing Director and to the German HQ
Perspective: Managing Director/ CFO
Degree in business administration with focus on finance/ controlling or comparable education
Sound experience in finance & administration in a Western international company with documented success
Good knowledge of local accounting principles and tax legislation
Entrepreneurial personality and leadership experience
Very good skills in English and/ or German
Good IT-Knowledge (e. g. ERP, CRM)
Strong analytical and organization skills
Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Lwiw or willingness to relocate
