Global Technical Support Manager (m/w/d)
Lead and develop a global team of support engineers to deliver an outstanding support experience through our local field service teams towards our worldwide customer base Responsible for defining and implementing product support strategies for the V93000 product line to ensure highest service levels, low-cost, risk mitigation and contingency plans Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess process performance and implement improvements Liaise and collaborate with factory teams, field support and account teams worldwide
Proven experience as a support manager, quality manager or similar role, being familiar with support delivery processes Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff and projects Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Solid communication skills at larger span of hierarchies Winner attitude and mentality with outstanding customer and result focus Engineering background preferred
