Your tasks

Our requirements

  • Proven leadership and management skills with a collaborative work style
  • Able to inspire and foster a team- and performance-oriented environment, empathetic and a real people person
  • Over six years of expertise in accountability for marketing in an international consumer goods industry or comparable sector. Experience in other industries is an advantage
  • Proven experience in implementation of modern marketing communications, including primarily the use of integrated communication strategies, excellent knowledge of ATL and BTL market
  • Experience in building and strengthening a prestigious brand in domestic and international markets. Experience in working with the media, PR firms and advertising agencies, including modern electronic media
  • Experience in establishing, maintaining and continuously developing business relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the domestic market
  • Understanding of best practice, experience of working in an international environment
  • First class influencing and communication skills, able to engage at all levels including Corporate Executives, celebrities and media
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • International travel will be required
  • Excellent references throughout the course of professional work
  • You work jointly on creating the vision for Poland business and invest in the culture of the organization
  • You work closely with the Heads of Department to continuously improve and develop local strategies and processes including the marketing and product strategy for registration of potential stem cell donors and awareness of marrow donation and fundraising
  • Effectively manage the human resources of the organisation according to authorised personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations relating to charitable organizations and that the company reflects best practice, particularly as these relate to data protection and other national and international relevant standards
  • Be the ambassador of DKMS, represent DKMS in public and in press relations, ensure the organization and its mission are consistently presented and developed with a strong, positive image to all stakeholders
  • You supervise the implementation and operation of IT systems, considering the specifics of data protection and security policies, language and organizational specificities in the country and in the international group
  • Be P&L accountable, develop and manage the budget process and meet both strategic and tactical targets
