Sales Account Manager (m/f/d)
Lead and coordinate all sales activities to obtain a maximum in efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial results Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company Cooperate with Advantest world-wide to support the development and implementation of global solutions Foster and improve internal and external communication Observe working environment and provide suggestions for improvements Act in a cost-minded manner Actively support designed customers by regular customer visits, presentations, negotiations etc. Increase sales by both enhancing business with existing customers and opening new accounts Meet sales and order input targets Provide professional reporting by means of weekly sales reports, rolling forecast etc. Participate in regular sales meetings Keep abreast with sales trends and market development. Adapt and implement necessary actions in consensus with Director Sales & Marketing Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments and closely cooperate with Customer Engineering and System-/Application Engineering in order to meet customer demands for specific applications or special non-standard configurations Close cooperation with Sales Support and Technical Product Support / Marketing
Degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Semiconductor Manufacturing/Automation or similar Relevant semiconductor experience preferable in the ATE business Proven experience of program or complex project management Fluent in English (written and spoken) Capable of cross-cultural leadership activities Business-minded Negotiation and presentation skills Motivational and organizational skills Communicative and team-oriented Self-motivated and open personality Ready to travel frequently in Europe and Asia
