Our client is a German, medium-sized and family-run market leader in the field of components and services for the construction and building industry. The company has over 1,000 employees in several locations worldwide and has a strong reputation as a partner in the construction of industrial, office, and residential buildings as well as in infrastructure projects. For the well-established subsidiary in the Prague area we are looking for you as oyees in several locations worldwide and has a strong reputation as a partner in the construction of industrial, office, and residential buildings as well as in infrastructure projects. For the well-established subsidiary in the norther area of London we are looking for you as
Aufgaben:
- Full responsibility for the business in the Czech Republic
- Proactive leadership and development of the local sales team
- Identification of market potential
- Development and implementation of local strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and turnover
- Further expansion of networks with architects, planners, and construction companies
- Establishment of new product lines on the local market
- Close cooperation with and direct reporting line to the HQ in Germany
Qualifikationen:
- Technical Degree or degree in business administration with technical experience
- Profound sales management experience in the construction supply industry with documented success
- Well-established network with CZ architects, planners, and construction companies
- Good know-how in Building Information Modelling and CAM affinity
- Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented personality with enthusiasm for innovation and hands-on-mentality
- Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Prague
