Managing Director (m/f/d) Sales & Marketing - Greater China
Full responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Greater China
Providing leadership to a team of 100+ employees with focus on sales, marketing, and engineering
Increasing the company's market share as well as growing the sales network
Market development with focus on the markets machine building, transportation, automation, and energy
Effective cooperation with the Asian shared-service HQ as well as the local production and R&D facility
Requirements
Technical or business degree
Extensive leadership experience from a position on a similar level (preferably in a Western organization)
Strong knowledge in the field of automation, electrical engineering, electronics, or electromechanical components for the industry
Good track record in leading and successfully growing a sales organization
Excellent communication along with strong conceptual and analytical skills
Business fluent in Mandarin (preferably native language) as well as very good English skills
