Aufgaben:
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of visa applications Manage and organise staff training and company events Assist with general HR administration Translate documents between Chinese and German Provide support to Chinese guests, ensuring smooth communication and assisting with logistics during their visit
Qualifikationen:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources or a language-related field Fluent in both Chinese and German; knowledge of English is an advantage Open to occasional local travel for work purposes Valid driver's licence is an advantage Good communication and organisational skills
