Internship Innovation & Product Management - Training Portfolio

During your internship, you will help shape the future of learning in aviation - at the interface of innovation, digitalization and strategic product management. You will gain exciting insights into modern learning technologies, training concepts and their commercial implementation. Digitalization and innovation Researching and evaluating innovative training methods and technologies (e.g. VR) Identifying and making initial contact with potential technology partners and helping to evaluate and design new partnerships Supporting internal communication and the introduction of new training solutions Creation of media for the implementation of new technologies (e.g. presentations, documents) Product management Carrying out business evaluations (e.g. profitability analyses) Participation in the development of cooperation models (e.g. business plans, concept documents) Supporting the further development of training programs in collaboration with specialist departments Participation in the planning and implementation of workshops At least in the 4th semester of the Bachelor's program or already in the Master's program
