Accompanying and Monitoring Technicians: Assisting and supervising technicians during their work in the laboratory and company premises. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Documenting the work carried out and reporting any irregularities to the appropriate departments. Organizational and Practical Tasks in Office Management: Reception duties such as welcoming and assisting visitors, handling phone and email correspondence Replenishing and ensuring the availability of refreshments in office kitchens, including stocking coffee machines. Supporting the organization and execution of internal events and meetings. General administrative tasks and assisting the office management team.
