Working Student (m/w/d) Office Management and Event Support
Your mission
Office Management and Team Support- Assist with meeting organization, including room bookings, content preparation, and PowerPoint creation.
- Support team event coordination by managing calendar entries, liaising with Venture Lab stakeholders, and sharing catering information.
- Help with event logistics, including workshop planning and on-site support.
- Organize and manage content for labs and marketing activities.
- Prepare startup and partner invitations, such as tickets for events (e.g., Festival of the Future).
- Create overviews and summaries for external event communication purposes, such as LinkedIn content preparation.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of communication materials.
Your profile
- Studies: Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in management, communications, or event planning
- Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Event Experience: Initial experience or strong interest in event management
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Languages: Excellent German and English language skills
- Teamwork: Enjoy working in a team
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks
