What you will do nSupporting our agile teams in IT and telecommunication related processes ØBe our touchpoint for first level support ØIndependent solution of hard- and software problems ØCreate and update manuals and help articles for our colleagues ØCommunication and coordination with external service providers ØAdministration of different phone systems nManagement, documentation and inventory of hardware nDevelopment of IT-based solutions and optimization concepts for operational processes
What you should bring along nStudent/graduate in the field of IT/computer science/network engineering/business administration nAlternatively, min. 2 years of experience in IT support or a network technology related role nKnowledge of/experience with MS Office suite, switching and routing, IP phones nFull working proficiency in German, with very good English language skills nQuick comprehension, decisiveness and communication skills nOrganizational talent, high degree of initiative and service mentality nIndependent, conscientious and structured way of working
