Working Student Product Development (m/f/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Contribute to the product requirement engineering processes and handle documentation tasks to ensure streamlined and scalable workflows. Work in conjunction with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet our stringent quality standards Review feedback received through various channels from our customers, including app reviews, support tickets, and social media. Analyze and cluster complaints by potential root cause and assign feedback to the respective development or QA teams for resolution. Provide timely and informative feedback to customers, ensuring they are aware of the status of their concerns and resolutions.
Das bringen Sie mit:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields). Basic understanding of mobile app development (Android and/or iOS) and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies. Strong analytical skills to cluster and identify root causes of issues. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and customers.
