A challenging and responsible job in a forward-looking industry - variety guaranteed Very good transport connections - by car, bus or train to work (parking spaces available) Your area of responsibility: Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS Perform consolidations for internal and external reporting Preparation and optimization of the management reporting, with a strong focus on sales controlling Prepare weekly sales reporting and facilitate sales call with the sales and management team Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and standards Participation in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Conducting budget controls and analysis to assist management in making financial decisions Implementation of target/actual comparisons and deviation analyses Preparation of detailed financial analyses to evaluate business development Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses for the management and other departments Support the introduction, development and optimization of reporting tools and processes (Netsuite) Identification and implementation of improvements in the existing controlling processes That distinguishes you: Completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company Ideally experience in working in an international environment Good knowledge of accounting according to IFRS, HGB is a plus Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel\; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, Oracle) is an advantage Knowledge in the preparation and analysis of financial reports Good analytical skills and a structured way of working High degree of initiative, reliability, and ability to work in a team Good communication skills and assertiveness Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, knowledge of German is a plus What awaits you at medisana Motivated and committed employees are a prerequisite for the success of our company.
