Lead smaller and supports the leading of large mergers & acquisitions projects from first contract through due diligence to contract negotiations and closing Owns the M&A pipeline and ensures high proactivity towards potential targets Support with reach out to create strategic dialogue with our Targets when and where needed and go-to market approach Liaise internally with the right persons to help create momentum with Targets and understand segments Prepare presentations - both for internal purpose and external purpose where required Interact with the Group M&A team on a frequent basis to liaise, discuss strategic alternatives and how to further penetrate the market Provide support and advice to the Sweco team where necessary to build a strong basis and help create structural capital for further M&A growth Independent fi nancial, strategic, and legal evaluation of potential transactions Create analyses and recommendations for M&A project steering committees Coordinate and assist negotiation teams and coach corporate colleagues in the project team Oversee, coordinate and assist with the post-acquisition integrations process
