Plant Manager (m/f/d)

- Leading a team of 60 employees in a 24/7 shift system
- Managing and organizing the entire operational process
- Ensuring HSE standards (ISO 50001, 14001, 9001)
- Responsibility for production and process optimization
- Collaborating with the Managing Director to achieve strategic business goals Requirements & Qualification
- MBA / with a focus on Production Management
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in operations
- Strong expertise in business administration/controlling/accounting
- In-depth knowledge of production and process management, continuous improvement (CIP)
- Hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Leadership skills and strong communication abilities
- Assertiveness and decision-making capability
- Languages: English (fluent), Flemish
