ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Lead the collection and validation of requirements, ensuring alignment between business processes and ERP capabilities
Develop and manage the project plan, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, with a focus on process definition and integration points
Oversee legacy data migration, ensuring accuracy and alignment with defined processes
Ensure ERP customizations meet functional requirements and support business processes
Organize user training and ensure system testing meets all requirements before go-live, with ongoing follow-up to address any issues or improvements
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field
Several years of experience as an ERP Project Manager, with a focus on new implementations and upgrades involving solutions such as Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle
Capable of providing strategic advice, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, and effectively mobilizing sponsors throughout the project
Proven experience working in an international environment ideally in Life sciences or Manufacturing companies
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
