Job purpose In this position you are responsible for customer accounts within several product lines. You give support to the Key Account and / or Sales Manager regarding the acquisition of projects with the customers and you work actively at the development and maintenance of customer relations. The focus of your job is the achievement of our internal goals and the increase of customer satisfaction. You give support with cost calculation and quotations, you lead price negotiations with our customers and negotiate contract terms. You are for both the customer and internal contact partner for all customer related topics.
