Lead Transaction Manager (m/w/d) Bochum, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany Customer Service & Operations Job description EXPERT IN E-MOBILITY AND TOLLING IN EUROPE AND BEYOND Trafineo is a subsidiary of BP Europa SE (better known in Germany under the brand name Aral) and Circle K (a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.). We enable our clients to offer end customers safe and reliable mobility services across Europe, for example in the areas of tolls and electromobility. Our core competencies are transaction management and cashless payment processing in the systems we have developed. Responsibilities and Tasks # Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor performance metrics for transaction processing efficiency and accuracy Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members # Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in transaction processes, proposing and implementing optimization strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies for process improvement # Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in transaction management Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team # Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with transaction management objectives Act as a point of contact for escalations and issue resolution, fostering positive relationships with clients and partners # Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks associated with transaction processing and implement risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with the other teams to develop and update risk assessment protocols # Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability Regularly review industry best practices and emerging trends to implement relevant improvements # Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of transaction processes, ensuring accessibility for the team and auditors Generate regular reports on transaction performance, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership # Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing Lead regular team meetings to discuss challenges, achievements, and improvement opportunities # Our benefits: Security - become part of a high-performance team in a rapidly developing market in a crisis-proof and future-proof industry Top location & top equipment - our office is less than five minutes away from Bochum main station and is equipped with modern workplaces Goodies - various benefits, e.g. discounts in online shops, cooperation with fitness gyms, use of a Fuel & Charge card Fairness - working from home is part of our employment contract (state-of-the-art equipment available), and the mutual trust that this requires is an integral part of our culture General conditions - we have a 5-day week, the weekends are free. 30 days vacation and home office share are also part of our employment contract Job requirements # Qualification: Degree in Business Administration and/or commercial training, or comparable qualification Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
