You are the first point of contact for managers and employees in your departments in all people-related matters. You act as a partner to your departments and conduct an end-to-end recruiting process, from job posting, active search, applicant management and interviewing to contract negotiation and preparation. In addition, you will support your teams in all matters relating to the employee lifecycle, as well as other important topics such as development consultancy, the support and implementation of change processes, and sometimes you will also be a sparring partner for personal challenges. As part of our team, you will also work on creating employee-oriented structures and processes that help us to continuously improve the candidate and employee experience. You will have the opportunity to use and design the latest (AI based) tools and most innovative HR processes. You will be involved in various projects related to the development of a strong employer brand.
