Werkstudent­­/­­Working Student Recruiting (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

As a  Working Student in Recruiting, you will join our dynamic and international People & Culture environment, actively supporting our recruiting activities as well as other people related projects. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment process while gaining valuable insights into all areas of local and global HR work. Your Responsibilities: You provide support in the entire recruiting process  You act as a key contact for candidates, scheduling interviews and ensuring smooth communication at all stages of the recruitment process You work independently with our applicant tracking system You use different psychometrics tools to support the decision process  You assist in talent sourcing through social media and recruiting platforms You support in creating and publishing job advertisements You contribute to various People & Culture projects, providing input and assistance as needed You support various HR transactions and day-to-day tasks
