Aufgaben:
Your main responsibilities in this role will be: Taking care of the daily on-site end user support - at your start this will be first level support for hardware and software problems and requests Maintain and improve the local IT infrastructure Assist in projects regarding IT infrastructure and support Hardware IT asset management IT-related user communication and training Data management
Qualifikationen:
You are studying in Darmstadt or close by. An overlap with IT topics would be preferrable, but you can also excel with your self-gained knowledge through private interest Basic understanding in IT infrastructure and hardware Result-oriented personality with talent for self-management Service-oriented mindset and enjoy helping your colleagues Team player with good communication skills Ability to structure work efficiently You like a tidy workplace Fluent in spoken and written English & German
