Ihre Aufgaben:
Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Alternative Investment Funds Permanent employment, Full-time · Luxembourg, Frankfurt YOUR MISSION Proactively build internal and external business networks, driving personal and business growth through a commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Engage and grow the network of business partners. Connect to local and international associations and increase Prime AIFM visibility within. Identify and generate new business opportunities and build a pipeline of target opportunities and participate in new marketing measures. Manage part of the sales process and execution of sales strategies. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and internal executives. Manage and implement processes to support the business, and track and report on the status of proposal components. Co-operate with internal departments and manage the creation of sales and service offering decks. Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Manage sales pitches in cooperation with senior management. Identifying and analysing market trends and opportunities for business growth. YOUR PROFILE 3-5 years work in experience in the Fund industry or Big 4 environment. Bachelor`s or Master degree in a business related field Good understanding of the alternative investments industry and the AIFM services range. Former business development experience beneficial but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong grasp of business intelligence and project management. Excellent PowerPoint skills. Proactive and self-starting approach, identifying opportunities through client conversations. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Sociable personality ability to connect and network. Experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce would be beneficial, but not required Fluent in English
