Controlling Manager (f/m/x) Construction Industry
Helping to shape the project budget and regularly reviewing finances to ensure the success of the project
Carrying out monthly cost control and target/actual comparisons
Careful monitoring of project expenditure and commitments as well as the financial performance indicators to identify and avoid potential risks at an early stage
Working closely with the operational teams, contract management and purchasing
Managing the controlling team
Degree in business administration or economics or a similar qualification with a focus on controlling
Several years of experience as senior controller in the construction/EPC industry
First management experience or affinity to lead a team
Excellent Excel skills and confident in using IT tools for data analysis and reporting
Excellent analytical skills, independent and structured way of working as well as high consulting competence
Fluent in English, German is a plus
