Aufgaben:
Preparation of calculation sheets, ICRs, ROS and approval follow-up for any requirement Purchase request approval follow-up and sample delivery follow-up Update of the Supplier Contacts and data on a regular basis Weekly EOL / LTB / Order cancellation checking Follow-up for Tool Scrapping for EOL Parts (Tool details, pics, etc.,) Support in updating the un-coded items file (Discussion with buyers) Summarize & track tooling POs released Monthly contract summary reporting to Management and preparation of possible MOQ reduction parts for CBs based on MRP structure report Tooling Inventory Sheet Follow-up with Suppliers Preparation of Market survey & follow-up for quotes Monthly KPI data update
Qualifikationen:
Currently studying Master in the field Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related Relevant experience in Purchasing / Planning Good knowledge of excel expertise incl. Pivot, Vlookup, Macro desirable Good command of English in speaking and writing SAP knowledge preferred Desire to work on multicultural environment Desire to learn purchasing activities through data processing and analysis
